The third wave of the Social Media Benchmark drew participation from over 1,000 marketers across a range of sectors and geographies. The study focussed on four key management issues:

  • Internal communication and collaboration
  • Social media guidelines and policies
  • Mobile

Wave three results

The results from the third wave of the Social Media Benchmark will be published on 28 June 2013, coinciding with the CIM/Bloomberg 2013 Digital Summit.
