The second wave of the Social Media Benchmark drew participation from over 2,000 marketers across a range of sectors and geographies but it wasn’t merely a repeat of wave one; rather, it delved into more details on the key issues and challenges identified six months earlier:

  • Social media listening and monitoring
  • Future issues and barriers

  • The Social Media Benchmark wave two infographic – publicly available at no cost
  • The wave two report – complimentary for CIM members; £95 for non-members
